health Ministry: when placing a purchase in the EIS, you need to use the catalog of medicines
The Agency reported on the gradual transition to the mandatory use of a single structured reference book-a catalog of medicines for medical use in the procurement of medicines.
Some customers have already started posting information in the EIS using the directory (without the ability to enter data manually). If the desired position was not in the directory, you had to contact the technical support service of the EIS to place the data manually and add to the directory.
Information from the directory must be used at different stages of the purchase process:
during the preparation of purchase documentation – for calculating the NMC, the price of a contract concluded with a single supplier, and the initial price of a unit of goods;
at the stage of conclusion and execution of the contract – when applying the form of a standard contract for the supply of medicines and sending information to the register of contracts.
The Ministry of health informs all participants of the next stage of transition to mandatory use of the directory additionally, and also conducts training together with the Federal Treasury.
