For a construction competition or auction with project documentation, participants agree to perform the work on the terms of purchase.
If the auction did not take place for certain reasons, the customer can re-purchase in the form of an electronic request for proposals.
The FAS pointed out that in this case, participants in repeated construction purchases with project documentation again only need to provide consent for work. You cannot set other requirements for the composition of the application.
