Standard conditions for state contracts for the creation and development of information systems have been developed

The Ministry of communications has prepared a draft order on approval of standard terms of contracts for the implementation of works on creation and (or) development (modernization):
- state (municipal) information systems;
- other information systems.
The conditions will apply if the customer needs to work with the code 62.01.1 for OKPD 2. The information map also shows the codes of the contract subject by MORNING.

There are no restrictions on the NMCC.

Public discussion of the project ends on September 28.
