The Ministry of industry and trade has proposed an NMCC, in which it will be possible to buy different types of medical products in one lot

The Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation has developed a draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation "on requirements for the formation of lots when purchasing medical devices that are the object of procurement for state and municipal needs". In accordance with this document, when purchasing medical devices, medical devices of various types cannot be the subject of one contract (one lot), except in cases when the initial (maximum) price of the contract does not exceed 300 thousand rubles.
