On December 4, Kazan hosted the all-Russian forum in the field of procurement

The event was attended by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R. N. Minnikhanov.

The forum became a unique platform for an open "direct dialogue" between the defining participants of the state and municipal procurement system: regulators, controllers, customers, procurement participants, as well as for the exchange of experience in solving complex problems in the field of procurement for state and municipal needs.

Deputy head of the Federal Treasury A. T. Katamadze drew attention to the issues of improving the legislation of the Russian Federation on the contract system in the field of procurement to ensure the activities of municipal needs and prospects for the development of the EIS.

Deputy head of the state order placement control Department of the Federal Antimonopoly service of the Russian Federation D. G. Tukai spoke about the practice of the FAS of Russia in the field of procurement control. Gave recommendations on controversial issues.

T. N. Pesegova, senior economist of the Expert Advisory center of the Institute of state and regulated procurement, competition policy and anti-corruption technologies, reviewed the main changes Of the law on the contract system in 2019-2020. 

Experience of procurement in the regions with the audience shared: head of the civil code of the Udmurt Republic "Regional procurement center of the Udmurt Republic" R. V. Efimov, head of the Main Department of organization of auctions of the Samara region N. And. Katin, Chairman of the state order of the Leningrad region D. I. Thick and the Acting Minister on regulation of contract system in the procurement of the Perm region P. A. Zargaryan.

Director General of JSC "Agency for state order, investment activity and interregional relations of the Republic of Tatarstan" Y. V. Geller told about digitalization of purchases.

During the Forum, proposals were outlined to improve legislation in the field of state and municipal procurement, as well as to stimulate entrepreneurial activity, improve methods of combating corruption and inefficient use of budget funds.

The Forum was attended by more than 400 people.
