Changed the List of goods, works, services, in the procurement of which the customer is obliged to conduct an electronic auction
The list Of goods, works, services, in the case of procurement of which the customer is obliged to conduct an auction in electronic form (electronic auction) (hereinafter-the List), approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 21, 2016 № 471-p, amended.
In particular, the name of the List defined by the source 26 at the JECFA 2, deleted the words, which freed customers from the obligation to conduct an electronic auction for the purchase of equipment, appropriate codes by JECFA 2 26.60.11.120, 26.60.11.114, 26.60.11.119, 26.60.12.129, 26.70.22.150.
Furthermore, the adjusted accounting clarification provided in the item List defined by the code of 32.5. So, the current edition of the specified position does not include the tools and the equipment medical, corresponding to codes on OKPD 2 32.50.22.120, 32.50.22.121, 32.50.22.190.
These changes came into force on June 3, 2019.
Recall that according to part 2 of Art. 59 of the Federal law of April 5, 2013 № 44-FZ "On the contract system in the procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs" the customer is obliged to conduct an electronic auction if the procurement of goods, works, services included in the:
list established by the Government of the Russian Federation;
additional list established by the Supreme Executive body of the state power of the subject of the Russian Federation in procurement to meet the needs of the subject of the Russian Federation.
