The second day of the training program "Buyer. New Generation" successfully completed
The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to implement the adaptive educational program for students and young professionals "The Buyer. A new generation." The participants completed the second day of full-time study.
In the classes with experts, the students analyzed the topics:
justification of the initial (maximum) contract price and price monitoring
structured description of the object of purchase (how to correctly describe the product, work or service)
modern technologies for conducting and supporting purchases using the example of digital resources of the Republic of Tatarstan
how are applications submitted and considered by procurement participants
The lectures were conducted by employees of the State Committee — Yulia Ivanova from the Centralized Procurement Department, Fidan Shakirov from the Centralized Procurement Analysis and Assurance Department, as well as Marat Gayanov, Deputy Head of the centralized Procurement Department.
Recall the adaptation program "Buyer. New Generation" is implemented by the RT State Committee for Procurement in cooperation with JSC "Procurement Development Center" and the Youth Government of the Republic.
