The Treasury of Russia and the Ministry of health of Russia told about the main violations allowed by customers at the direction of information for inclusion in the register of contracts
The joint letter contains standard cases of non-compliance of the information included in the register of contracts with the information contained in the copies of contracts provided for in sub-paragraph "and" paragraph 2 of the register of contracts, as well as instructions for making appropriate corrections in the register of contracts.
It is noted that these violations lead to incorrect calculation of reference prices for medicines for medical use in accordance with the order of the Ministry of health of the Russian Federation of October 26, 2017 № 871n, the transition to the calculation and use of which should be carried out in stages during 2019.
