The terms of auctions will be reduced

The initial maximum price of "short" auctions will increase to 300 million rubles. Notifications on such purchases can still be placed 7 calendar days before the deadline for applications.

The maximum term of consideration of the first parts of applications will be 3 working days instead of 7 calendar days. For "short" auctions the term will not change.

The auction will be held on the next working day after the first parts of the applications are considered.

It will become easier to conduct "construction" auctions

In the procurement of works for construction, reconstruction, repair, demolition of the object of capital construction with the MSPC is not more than 2 billion. the notice can be placed 7 calendar days before the date of expiry of submission of applications.

You will need to place in the UIS project documentation except when the design is included in the subject of the contract or the project is not required.

If the project documentation is available, then in the first part of the application the participant must give only consent to perform the work. The Commission of the customer will not need to consider the first part of the application and draw up a Protocol. The participant will be automatically admitted to the auction site. The auction will be held 4 hours after the deadline.

Operators will check participants ' compliance with additional requirements

In procurement with additional requirements, it will be possible to participate only by sending documents to the site operator confirming compliance with such requirements.

The operator will have 5 working days to review the documents. The placement of documents will be refused if the participant violates the procedure for sending documents or sends not all or the wrong documents.

For customers, nothing will change. The commissions will continue to review documents confirming compliance with the additional requirements.
