How unitary enterprises go on purchases under the Law N 223-FZ
Since June 29, all unitary enterprises may not purchase at their own expense under Law No. 44-FZ.
In order to switch to Law No. 223-FZ already this year, it is necessary to place a procurement clause and a procurement plan in the EIS before October 1, or change existing documents. If this is not done, then the purchases will be continued until the end of the year.
The new regulation should be drafted taking into account the changes that took effect on 1 July. If on this date there was an existing position, then the changes associated with these changes, you can not make and work until the end of the year by the old rules.
It is also recommended to change the procurement plan and schedule under Law No. 44-FZ, excluding positions transferred to the plan under Law No. 223-FZ.
