The State Duma is ready to vote for the regulation the new types of electronic procedures for procurement contract. Among them: an open competition in electronic form, a two-stage competition in electronic form, the competition with limited participation in electronic form, the request for proposals in electronic form, request for quotations in electronic form.
The study noted that after the entry into force of the new Law on Procurement of electronic auctions retained their primacy and today is a major competitive way to determine the suppliers, contractors and performers.
