Independently remove from Union Information System plans and schedules on their own purchases will not be possible

A draft Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation about the establishment of order placement in Union Information System procurement plan and the schedule of procurement. It includes, in particular, the following:

- Procurement plan and schedule are placed in the public part of the Union Information System after the signing of an enhanced electronic signature, in the closed part of the Union Information System - after registration. The data necessary to generate the documents to be placed in a structured way;

- In the case of modification of these documents all previous versions will be available for users of the Union Information System;

- Removal placed in Union Information System procurement plans and schedules is only possible on the basis of a court or the authorized agency.
