The volume of purchases can be reduced from small and medium-sized enterprises carried out on the basis of the Law N 223-FL

The volume of purchases carried out in 2015 customers in accordance with the Federal Law of 18.07.2011 N 223-FL from small and medium enterprises, it is proposed to establish in the following sizes:

- Not less than 9% of the total annual value of contracts;

- At least 5% of the total annual value of the contracts concluded by the results of the procurement entities which are only small and medium enterprises.

In both cases, will be considered the treaties concluded by the results of procurement procedures are carried out in the period from 1 July to 31 December 2015
