The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) is working on the preparation of modifications to the law "About contract system in the sphere of procurement, works and services for state and municipal needs" (44-FL). 

On Presidium of the Russian Banks Association, which was attended by Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, discussed the law 44-FL "About contract system in the sphere of procurement, works and services for state and municipal needs," according to a press release the EPIRB. 

State-legal and expert management of administration gave a negative opinion on the measures proposed by the deputies for de-offshore of Russian economy. 

The Ministry of Economic Development has got working the development of the law about banning offshore participation in government procurement. Developers says that the Draft Law is directed to stimulating the domestic offshore economy and increase transparency of financial flows. These amendments - only a part of the planned changes in working with offshore companies in Russia. In accordance with the request of the president until the end of June relevant ministries and authorities need to develop a set of measures to against gone capital abroad.

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a resolution, which approves the Rules of institutional control in procurement sphere for federal purposes. 

On February, 13 will be meeting on tools development issues for efficient public control of government procurement.
