Dmitry Medvedev signed a resolution about control rules in government procurement sphere

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a resolution, which approves the Rules of institutional control in procurement sphere for federal purposes. In accordance with 100 article of a law of the government agencies, the State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom", controls the state budget funds carried departmental control over observance of the legislation of the Russian Federation and other normative legal acts of the contractual system in procurement with respect to their customers in order established by the Russian Federation government.
