The Government of Russia has prepared a draft law to limit participation offshore in government procurement, said in letter of First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov to President Vladimir Putin from July 14, with text that read "Interfax". 

"From January 1, 2014 public discussion purchases worth more than 1 billion rubles is required. Ministry of Economic Development conducts fixed monitoring of procurement. By public discussion procurement experts have already joined a number of public organizations ", - said Maxim Chemerisov, the director of the Department for Development contract system.

Today, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree prohibiting to get cars and technical equipment foreign manufacture for  government agencies, reports "Interfax". 

Modifications in the Plan of measures for implementation of the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs for 2014.

Document realization is aimed at simplifying procurement customer and preventing abuse in contracting

 The Russian government has approved the rules for the development of typical contracts and conditions of contracts in public procurement. As reported on the official website of the Cabinet, the corresponding decree signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
