During the autumn session of the State Duma of the Russian Federation plans to consider the complex of amendments to the Federal Law "About  contract system in the sphere of procurement, works and services for state and municipal needs". 

On the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation website placed the draft Federal Law "About Amendments to the Federal Law" About the contract system in the sphere of procurement, works and services for state and municipal needs ".

The date and venue. The seminar will be held from September 22-27, 2014 in hotel “Pearl" in Sochi.

The Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL provides the duty to prepare and to post on the official website (in a single information system) report on the execution of the contract and (or) its separate stages (Part 9 of Art. 94 of the Law). The form of such reports and the procedure for filling approved by Russian Federation Government Decree of 28.11.2013 N 1093. 

The Russian Federation Government Decree establishes the obligation of the customer located information about number and total value of contracts concluded by the results of the procurement of goods, works and services from small and medium-sized businesses, as well as post information about the annual volume of goods, works and services that customers are required to purchase from small and medium-sized businesses.
