About amendments to the Statute about placing information about procurement on the official website

The Russian Federation Government Decree establishes the obligation of the customer located information about number and total value of contracts concluded by the results of the procurement of goods, works and services from small and medium-sized businesses, as well as post information about the annual volume of goods, works and services that customers are required to purchase from small and medium-sized businesses.

 Ministry of Economic Development of Russia are all set draft decree resolution "About Amendments to the Statute about placing information about procurement on the official website".

 The document was developed in connection with the entry into force of the Federal Law of 28 December 2013 № 396-FL "About Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation", which amended the Federal Law of July 18, 2011 № 223-FL "About Procurement of Goods , works and services certain types of legal entities "and to implement the action Plan for implementation of the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs for 2014.

 Article 42 of the Law № 396-FL of amendments to the law № 223-FL. These changes reinforce the duties of the customer, which occur when placing them with information about the procurement of goods, works and services on the official website for posting information about placing orders for goods, works and services (www.zakupki.gov.ru). Additions including consolidated obligation of the customer to place information on the number and total value of contracts signed by the results of the procurement of goods, works and services from small and medium-sized businesses, as well as post information on the annual volume of goods, works and services that customers are required to purchase from small and medium-sized businesses.

 Subscribe Resolution amends the Regulation on placing on the official website information on procurement (approved by Government Resolution dated September 10, 2012 № 908), that describe how clients organize the information.
