Expounded the order keeping form of report about execution the contract or its separate stages

The Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL provides the duty to prepare and to post on the official website (in a single information system) report on the execution of the contract and (or) its separate stages (Part 9 of Art. 94 of the Law). The form of such reports and the procedure for filling approved by Russian Federation Government Decree of 28.11.2013 N 1093.
Russian Economic Development Ministry in a letter dated 17.06.2014 N D28-1008 explained the order of filling customers some graph of Section III of the report form, including the line "with the contract." It is necessary to specify the date as defined in the contract or arising out of its conditions (e.t., the date of payment of work performed or the date of acceptance).
