During the state procurement of works on the creation of design estimates, need an extract from the SRO register

This opinion was expressed by the Novosibirsk Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service.

Instead of an extract, the customer can request a copy of it. If there are no such requirements in the auction documentation, it can be recognized as a violation. The fine for an official in this case will be 3 thousand rubles.

We believe that a similar requirement must be established by the customer also in the purchase of works on overhaul, if the initial (maximum) contract price is above 3 million rubles.
