The rules of public procurement may change the admission of foreign goods which is banned or restricted

The Ministry of Industry and Trade has drafted amendments to several government decrees. Innovations relate to the following provisions:

About the prohibition on the admission of certain types of foreign engineering products;

Ban on admission of foreign goods of light industry, services for their hire;

Restrictions and conditions of admission of certain types of foreign radio electronics.

The draft specifies the list of documents that confirm the production of products in Russia. It deals with documents confirming that there is no production of goods, materials or semi-finished products in Russia.

Thus, when purchasing certain light industry goods in order to confirm the availability of production in the territory of the Russian Federation, it will be necessary to submit:

Conclusion of the Ministry of Industry and Trade - in relation to the goods listed in the annex to Resolution No. 719;

Certificate CT-1 - for other goods.
