The terms of adjusting the schedule and posting information may be change in the UIS during public procurement

Among the most significant amendments to Law No. 44-Federal Law proposed in the draft, we note the following:

- the customer will be able to change the schedule no later than three days before the announcement in the UIS. If the purchase is recognized as failed, it will do so no later than one day. Now the customer «has the right to make» changes not later than 10 days prior to placement;

- information on the change or termination of the contract will need to be placed in the UIS within three working days after the relevant events. Now such data to the customer «must be placed» within one working day.

According to the authors of the draft, the proposed amendments will allow improving the procedures for public procurement.
