The Ministry of Construction prepared a project on how to determine the Initial (Maximum) Contract Price for state procurement of construction works

It is planned to establish methods of calculating the Initial (Maximum) Contract Price for the following procurement objects:

- construction, reconstruction and overhaul of capital construction objects;

- design and survey work;

- purchase and delivery of equipment;

- building control.

At simultaneous purchase of several items from this list, it is necessary to separately calculate the Initial (Maximum) Contract Price for each of them and add them.

Under the project, state customers will have to reflect in the protocol of the Initial (Maximum) Contract Price in the prescribed form.

It is necessary to determine the Initial (Maximum) Contract Price with VAT, except for cases when this tax is not paid. Information on VAT rates or their absence will be required in the procurement notice.
