Since August 6, violators of terms and procedure of contracts payment under the 44-Federal Law will be fined

Сustomer’s official expects a fine of 30 thousand to 50 thousand rubles. If the violation is repeated, this person may be disqualified for a period of from one to two years.

Let's note, from May 1, 2017 the term of payment of contracts should be:

- no more than «15 working days» if the contract is concluded with the small business and Socially-oriented non-profit organizations;

- no more than «30 days» for other contracts.

To calculate the specified terms it is necessary from the date of signing by the customer of the document on acceptance.
