Federal Antimonopoly Service decides that fixing the term in the procurement documentation in percent limits the number of participants.
If guided by the position of the department, then the claims of territorial antimonopoly services should not be.

The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has announced an electronic auction for the purchase of 10 passenger cars. The customer is MCU "Organizer of urban parking space". The initial maximum contract price is more than 24.4 million rubles. Financing is provided from the municipal budget.
