The RF Armed Forces clarified whether the participant in state procurement can indicate in the application several countries of origin of goods

According to court, we will allow such approach and doesn't prevent the customer to check characteristics of goods for compliance to the legislation. The indication of several countries doesn't mean that data on the country of origin aren't reflected.
It is impossible to refuse to the participant of an auction the admission because that has specified several countries of goods' origin.
The similar opinion was expressed also by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in 2016.
