Small and medium business can acquire the right to concede monetary requirements from contracts on 223-FZ

On the project will be able to concede to the third party own monetary requirement to the customer those who properly fulfill the obligations.
The concession will pass the same as when factoring. The customer will be able to request from the person to whom has passed the requirement about payment, proofs of such transition. If they aren't presented, the customer has the right to pay the initial contractor.
Exception - a concession of future monetary requirement. Rules about factoring won't be applied to her by default. The customer will be able to regulate an order and cases of such concession in the provision on purchase and documentation.
