The commission on purchase isn't obliged to check compliance of participants to the specified requirement, but their competitors or control bodies can make it. Check, and then - cancellation of results of purchase or cancellation of the contract can become a consequence.
It should be taken into account that the register doesn't guarantee relevance of data. It is possible to try to check them. For this purpose it is enough to send inquiry to the magistrate or to district court, issued the decree, or to prosecutor's office which processed case.
If the organization didn't manage to be found in the register, most likely, her admission to purchase won't cause complications.
We will remind, the legal entity can't participate in purchase within two years from the moment of accountability for illegal remuneration. Term is estimated from the date of entry into force of the resolution of court.
