The state customer has no right to demand admissions of SRO in the sphere of construction since July 1

When purchasing design and exploration work, and also works on construction, reconstruction and overhaul the participant of state procurement will have to confirm membership in self-regulatory organization. Admissions of SRO won't work.
For contracts worth no more than 3 million rubles for construction, reconstruction and overhaul membership in SRO won't be required.

The State Council of Tatarstan discussed the results of the socio-economic development of the republic in 2025. Iskander Bagautdinov, Deputy Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee, took part in the meeting.
According to the results of the first quarter of 2026, the savings of the republican budget amounted to 1.17 billion rubles, which is 1.6% of the total. In just three months, more than 18,000 contracts worth over 80 billion rubles were signed. Such data was announced at a meeting in the RT State Committee on Procurement.
