The government suggests to change rules of ensuring performance of the state contract

We will designate important provisions of the bill:
- providing the contract can be reduced if the contractor of the customer has no unpaid penalties and not returned advance payment. It is also necessary that the customer has entered in the register of contracts of the data on cost of the fulfilled obligations;
- if revoke license of the bank which has given a guarantee, the performer has to provide new providing. Such condition will be required to be enshrined in contracts;
- if execution is divided into stages, in the contract there has to be a condition about reduction of the amount of their providing. The government can establish exceptions. Providing decreases in proportion to the cost of the fulfilled obligations.
Changes are planned to be entered since January 1, 2018.
