The Ministry of Economic Development doesn't recommend to carry out request for quotation when from the participant the license is required

If subject to purchase - the licensed kind of activity, the state customer is obliged to specify in the notice on request for quotation that the participant has to have a license.
The customer has no right to demand that the participant has submitted the copy of the license as a part of the application. Therefore for the fact that the participant won't give it it is impossible to reject the application, has emphasized department.
The ministry expressed similar opinion in 2015.

Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee Marat Ziatdinov fulfilled the dream of 12-year-old Danis Shokhin by giving him modern motorcycle equipment for motorsport and a sweet gift.
A meeting of the Coordinating Council for Educational Work in educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in Kazan. The event was attended by Viktor Demidov, Chief Federal Inspector for the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Kadyrov, Minister of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as vice-rectors for youth policy at leading universities in the Republic.

The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has announced an electronic auction for the purchase of 10 passenger cars. The customer is MCU "Organizer of urban parking space". The initial maximum contract price is more than 24.4 million rubles. Financing is provided from the municipal budget.
