The unitary enterprises - drugstores will be able to carry out more purchases on 223-FZ

Amendments have come into force on June 7. Under the Law N 223-FZ the unitary enterprises - drugstores will be able to carry out the purchases financed not from the budget.

That this year to seize the new opportunity, it is necessary to change or approve the provision on purchase and the plan of purchase till September 1. They need to be placed in EIS.

We will remind, since January 1 most the unitary enterprises carry out purchases under the Law N 44-FZ. They can apply the Law N 223-FZ only in some cases.
