It is possible to specify trade names of drugs when purchasing on 223-FZ, but with care

According to the Ministry of Economic Development, the customer has the right to establish independently in the provision on purchase an order of purchase of drugs. Here department carries also the indication of trade names.
That actions of the customer haven't been recognized limiting the competition, we recommend to enshrine in the provision on purchase:
- the general rule that drugs are bought according to international non-proprietary names and if there are no those - according to chemical, grouping names;
- concrete cases when when purchasing drugs it is possible to specify their trade names.
