The government has repealed the resolution on the ban to carry out state procurements at the Turkish companies

Cancellation has technical character as the ban to buy from the Turkish companies of work and service for state needs has ceased to work since May 31. Thus, the government has brought the acts into accord with the Decree of the Russian President N 244.

We will remind, from this date customers shouldn't include in procurement documentation the ban on purchase at the Turkish companies. Otherwise the official of the customer can be fined 3 thousand rubles.

From documentation and the notice which are placed in EIS till May 31 and contain the ban, the customer can not delete him. It is explained by the fact that at the time of the publication documents corresponded to the legislation.
