The participant of state procurements can't confirm the experience by means of the contract containing a state secret

Conclusion of the Ministry of Economic Development concerns electronic auctions on purchase of construction works if NMTsK is higher than 10 million rubles. At such purchases the customer has to establish the additional requirement about experience, and participants - to support by the documents that correspond to him.
We will remind in what the additional requirement consists:
- the participant within three years before date of application has to have an experience of performance of the contract or contract for construction;
- works have to concern to the same group of construction works on which performance the contract is concluded;
- the cost of the executed contract or contract has to be not less than 20% of NMTsK, on the right to conclude which purchase is carried out.
