The closed procedures of state procurements are planned to be carried out on electronic platforms

The Ministry of Finance suggests to bring this innovation in the Law N 44-FZ.
The project concerns purchases of goods, works, services if make a state secret:
- data on federal needs for which goods, works, services are necessary;
- the data on goods, works, services reflected in procurement documentation.
To hold a sealed-bid auction in an electronic form, and also to conduct electronic document flow it will be necessary if goods, work or service appear in the government list. The government will have to approve also the list of operators of electronic platforms.
So far under the Law N 44-FZ in an electronic form it is possible to hold only an open auction.
