For customers on 223-FZ innovations in the sphere of purchases at small and medium business have appeared

We will allocate the most significant innovations which were approved by the government by the resolution.
Customers on 223-FZ will prepare the annual report on purchase of goods, works, services at small and medium business in a new form. She will begin to act from next year. Therefore it will be already necessary to use her by drawing up the report for the current year.
In a new form customers will need to specify more data, than in "former". So, it will be separately necessary to provide data on the annual volume of purchases at small business.
Besides, since July customers who have to carry out purchases among subjects of small and medium business will become more. It will occur, for example, at the expense of economic societies in which authorized capital share of the territorial subject of the Russian Federation, the municipality in total exceeds 50% which annual total revenue from sale of production exceeds 500 million rubles. At the same time such customers shouldn't be subjects of small and average business.
Customers who will have a new duty have to carry out this year the considered purchases of not less than 9% of cumulative cost volume of the contracts signed from July 1 to December 31, 2017.
