Participants of state procurements will receive a form to reflect goods origin of light industry

The form is offered to be included in the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation N 791. The project has developed Minpromtorg.
Procurement participants of goods of light industry on the project will specify in a special form the country of goods' origin, materials, accessories or semi-finished products. In the same place it will be necessary to reflect data on the manufacturer. The participant will provide a form to the customer.
We will remind, the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation N 791 forbids the admission to state procurements of foreign goods of light industry. The ban concerns also services in hire of such goods.
Amendments, according to authors of the project, will allow to distribute evenly responsibility for the delivered goods between the parties of the contract.
