The Ministry of Economic Development has explained how to the unitary enterprises to count the cumulative annual volume of purchases

The unitary enterprises shouldn't consider in the cumulative annual volume of purchases accounts payable on payment of the contracts signed under the Law N 223-FZ. So considers department.
We will remind, the unitary enterprises since January 1 carry out purchases under the Law N 44-FZ. Customers have to count the cumulative annual volume of purchases - the total amount of financial security approved for the corresponding financial year for carrying out purchases. This volume joins also money for payment of contracts which have to be paid in the specified financial year and has been concluded till its beginning.
The enterprises continue to pay also under the contracts signed earlier according to the Law N 223-FZ. The ministry has explained: customers don't include funds for payment of debts under such contracts in the cumulative annual volume of purchases.
