Since May 1 state customers had had a duty to pay contracts in time, not exceeding 30 days

15 May 2017, Monday

Under the new law of 30 days for payment of the contract it is necessary to count from the date of signing by the customer of the document on acceptance.
At the same time the government can establish other term of payment to ensure defense capability and safety of the state.
For the contracts concluded with small business entities, socially oriented non-profit organizations, payment term shouldn't exceed 15 working days from the date of signing by the customer of the document on acceptance now.
We will remind, before introduction of the described changes the Law N 44-FZ didn't contain norm which would establish a payment deadline under all contracts. Only payment term has been determined by the contracts concluded with SMP and COHKO - no more than 30 days from date when the customer has signed the document on acceptance.
Document: The federal law from 5/1/2017 N 83-FZ (I have come into force on May 1, 2017)
