Since November 1 it is necessary to enter data on contracts of the performer with small business in the register of state contracts

The government has approved changes which are made to the Resolution N 1084. So, if the contract contains conditions about attraction under the contract of collaborators, subcontractors from among small business entities, socially oriented non-profit organizations, then the customer will send data on contracts with these persons to the register of contracts.
In particular, in the register information on a subject and the price of the contract with the collaborator, subcontractor, his name and the location will be reflected. The customer will have to direct these data for inclusion in the register of contracts within three working days from the date of their granting by the contractor according to terms of the contract.
Now the volume of involvement of small business entities and socially oriented non-profit organizations to performance of the contract is specified in the register.
We will remind, for non-presentation of documents, the data included in the register of contracts, the official of the customer can be fined. The size of a penalty makes 20 thousand rubles.
