The Ministry of Economic Development has reminded: it is impossible to specify estimated price in the state contract for power supply

Department expressed similar opinion also earlier, specifying: the customer establishes in the contract for power supply not only the price of the contract, but also the price of a commodity unit, work, service.
In the new letter of the Ministry of Economic Development has noted that it is possible to enshrine an opportunity to change conditions by agreement of the parties at change of regulated prices (tariffs) for goods, works, services according to the legislation in such contract.
The state agency has proved a conclusion so. Under the Law N 44-FZ, at the conclusion of the contract it is specified that its price is firm and is defined on all date of performance. The government defines cases when the customer defines approximate value of the price of the contract or her formula and the maximum value in the contract. So, the government has established in what cases the formula of the price of the contract and its maximum value is specified. But the conclusion of the contract for power supply isn't included into the list.
