Providing to penal correction systems institutions of advantage, the state customer has to be guided by the name of goods

Recommendations of the Ministry of Economic Development concern purchases of goods from the list approved by the Resolution N 649. When purchasing such goods the customer has to provide to institutions and the enterprises of a penal correction system of advantage concerning the contract price offered by them at the rate to 15%.
Such recommendations were required because the specified list is created taking into account OKPD2. Changes were made to this qualifier. As a result a part of goods from the government list doesn't correspond to the OKPD2 codes specified in it now.
For example, in the list to a code 10.51.52.120 sootvetstvuyet6 sour cream. In OKPD2 now this code designates acidophilus milk.
According to the Ministry of Economic Development, in a similar situation it is expedient to customer to be guided by the name of goods from the list, but not the OKPD2 code.
