Since April 25 amendments to the Order N 136 of N work

Changes are caused by the Government resolution adopted last year N 1285. It has expanded the list of documents and data which need to be included in the register of contracts.
According to amendments to the Order N 136 of N the documents and data provided by the called resolution are fixed and also new are added. For example, when forming information on the price of the contract it will be necessary to give the amount of the VAT. And by preparation of data on subject to purchase - medicine are specified including his expiration date and a type of primary packing.
We will remind if not to file documents, data in the register of contracts or to make it at the wrong time, the official of the customer is threatened by a penalty of 20 thousand rubles. Similar responsibility is provided if the provided information is doubtful.
