The state customer can reflect in the contract reduction of price in proportion to financing sources

Such recommendations of the Ministry of Economic Development will be useful in a situation when purchase is financed from different sources.
In similar cases in procurement documentation besides the initial (maximum) price of the contract also data on financing sources are reflected.
If following the results of purchase of NMTsK decreases, there is a question of in what sizes to reflect in the contract of means from different sources.
In the Law N 44-FZ there is no answer.
Taking into account a position of the ministry we believe: the state customer can specify such means in the sizes reduced in proportion to decrease in NMTsK.
