Treasury control doesn't influence placement terms in EIS of data on state procurement now

The government has suspended since March 23 the standards of the Resolution N 1367 providing placement in EIS of data on purchase only after treasury control.

This decision of the government will work for the customers conducting procurement for federal needs till January 1, 2018, and for other customers - till January 1, 2019.

Besides, the Government has brought some other changes from which it is possible to distinguish the following in the Resolution N 1367. Treasury control will be carried out now and concerning the specialized organizations and organizers of joint competitions or auctions when they form and place subjects to control in EIS.
