The state customer can't delegate to the legal entity under the contract power on acceptance of goods

It is important to consider this conclusion of the Ministry of Economic Development. If acceptance isn't issued, officials of the state customer risk to be fined.
Department has explained what options of signing of the document on acceptance of results of performance of the contract are:
- the customer can sign the document on acceptance;
- on this document all members of inspection if it is created have to append signatures.
When forming the commission it is important to remember: not less than five people have to enter her.
Incorrect registration of acceptance threatens the official of the customer with a penalty of 20 thousand rubles. It will pay a penalty for the following violations:
- documents on acceptance of results of performance of the contract or its separate stages aren't made;
- the motivated refusal of signing of such documents isn't directed to the contractor.
