The new inventory and services, buying which is accepted, it is impossible to provide advance payment in the state contract

The government approved on March 14 such list, and former became invalid. The state customers receiving means from the federal budget have to apply the new list.
In the new list there are less positions, than in previous. In particular, now lamps and lighting devices aren't mentioned in it. Among goods and services which remained in the list, - printing paper, laptops, cars, services in repair of computers, furniture.
Besides, state customers had to apply the former list, only if delivery time of goods or rendering services exceeded 30 days from the date of the conclusion of the state contract. Doesn't contain a new list of such condition.
We will remind when the state customer buys under one state contract goods, services from the accepted list and others, he all the same shouldn't establish a condition about an advance payment.
If from the new list to provide advance payment in the state contract for purchase of goods and services, the official of the state customer "can be fined". The size of a penalty makes 3 thousand rubles.
