It is impossible to provide performance of the state contract, having consistently provided several bank guarantees

Conclusion follows from the letter of the Ministry of Economic Development. It has specified: in the Law N 44-FZ there are no regulations on an opportunity to provide consistently several bank guarantees.
In February of last year the ministry noted that it of several bank guarantees under one contract in ensuring his execution isn't provided by the Law N 44-FZ. We believe, cases when guarantees are provided not only consistently, but also at a time meant.
Conclusion of department which concerns only situations when guarantees are provided consistently is given in the new letter.
We will remind, under the Law N 44-FZ the procurement participant with whom the contract is concluded, can provide his execution at discretion to one of the next ways:
- introduction of money into the account specified by the customer;
- bank guarantee.
At the same time the bank guarantee has to conform to the established requirements, and the term of her action has to exceed period of validity of the contract not less than for a month.
