Ministry of Economic Development: as after reorganization to confirm experience of performance of the state contract for construction

Department specified that in case of merge, accession, transformation the contract of the reorganized legal entity can confirm the corresponding experience of the participant.
The opinion of department concerns those construction works when which purchasing additional requirements to participants are established. One of them - experience of performance of the contract or contract for performance of works, similar purchased, the last 3 years prior to date of application.
In July, 2015 the ministry specified: in case of a legal succession by reorganization according to provisions Civil Codes of the Russian Federation the reorganized face is saved by experience of performance of works. At the same time specific forms of reorganization in case of which this conclusion is applicable weren't listed in the letter of 2015.
We believe, procurement participants nevertheless should consider a line item of department of 2016.
